12kg is a different sport then 16 kg then 20 kg then 24 kg then 28 kg then 32 kg then 36 kg. You have 7 sports here right now!
- To improve your skill specific to your strengths/weaknesses
You will improve:
- A level of lifting(16kg to 20 kg with the same numbers) if you follow
my program for 1 month.
