Troubleshooting the Rack Position

Its a very basic video to help lifters find the rest position.

Looking at three basic body types:

short arms, long torso (more difficult)
long arms, long torso (manageable-my body type)
long arms, short torso(ideal)

The key is the waist line height. It should be approximately an inch below where the elbows make contact.
